7月11号是C-HOUSE正式建造的第三天,TUBSEU团队迎来一位“神秘嘉宾”,它逶迤而来,全身舒展,展示着自己健美的“身形”。这件庞然巨物就是阳光方舟2.0--C-HOUSE的整体装配式大屋顶。

上午11时许,屋顶开始吊装工作,在团队老师同学们的见证下,由吊车吊起,吊装至安装好的建筑框架上。中午12时,我们的C-HOUSE正式封顶。

阳光方舟2.0--C-HOUSE整体装配式大屋顶由钢桁架在工厂预制装配,面积约110平方米,重量超过13吨,是工厂整体装配的大型预制构件。结构体系由两榀大钢桁架、六榀钢屋架和连接钢梁组成。

屋顶的工厂预制装配分为五步工序:屋顶结构安装、屋顶板安装、铺设防水卷材、屋顶固定件安装和屋面板安装。将屋顶的结构构件、围护构件、装修构件连接成大型构件,并通过现场的整体吊装实现建筑的快速建造。

屋顶桁架体系的组装界面由地面的千斤顶支撑,分别吊装南北侧桁架与六榀屋架至底端钢梁上后,垂直桁架方向的上下两端钢梁连接桁架,形成具有整体刚度的桁架屋顶体系。结构体上预留的连接件和螺栓连接的方式保证了结构体的快速组装。

作为保温层的屋顶板分件为十块尺寸一致的标准件,在东西两侧吊装,通过钢连接件与结构层连接,板缝之间用密封胶嵌缝,保证整体的保温性能。

屋顶板之上铺设防水卷材,并在其上安装屋面板的固定件,固定件上便是屋顶的最表层构造屋面板,屋面板呈锯齿状分别向东西两侧做排水。

屋顶盖上了,房子仿佛有了归属。它在那,给了我们庇护,给了我们施工之“家”,大屋顶的安装为之后的建造提供了良好的遮蔽,在三日内迅速实现半室内的建造环境,为之后高温雨水天气下的施工作业提供充分保障。高空的事情地面做,实现高空作业地面化,极大提高了施工安全度和工作效率。
