题目：城市设计视角下的公共空间新思考
城市设计的关键是城市公共空间设计，它和街道的交通形式、和临街建筑物的形式、和城市雨水收集方式以及以上这些元素的管理方式密切相关，除了需要设计尺寸、材料、质感、设施、植栽等，更重要的是深刻理解公众如何使用、商家如何服务，管理部门如何运营，以及怎样体现在地文化和场所精神。
中国的城市设计所面对的本土课题还包括了政府的土地政策、城市管理者的期待、公共服务的缺失，以及消失的城市特色等，如何把我们的城市建设成为公平、安全、高效、宜居、认同、灵活和绿色的成长型城市，是我们特别需要关注的。。
主讲人介绍：
梁钦东
AECOM 建筑与人居环境董事副总裁，大中华区景观设计总监
梁钦东先生具有近三十年的专业设计经验,工作范围涵盖建筑设计和景观设计的各个阶段,他的项目工作经验包括了山东微山湖国家湿地公园、大同文赢湖公园、太原汾河河岸开放空间景观设计、北京奥林匹克森林公园及中心区景观规划与设计、北京奥林匹克水上公园规划与景观设计、北京奥林匹克媒体村景观设计、太原迎泽大街景观设计以及北京环球贸易中心景观设计等公共开放空间及众多地产开发项目。 其中微山湖国家湿地公园获得2015年度美国景观建筑师协会（ASLA）荣誉设计奖，大同文赢湖公园获得2013年度英国景观学会（UKLI）大型公共设施设计高度表彰奖。梁先生曾多次在北京大学、清华大学、浙江大学、同济大学、北京林业大学、西安建筑大学及国家行政学院等高等院校就景观设计、城市规划、可持续发展等议题进行学术演讲，并在北京大学、清华大学、北京林业大学、中央美术学院参与设计课程的教学评图活动。梁先生于2014年被推选为中国风景园林学会规划设计分会理事，2018被推选为中国建筑学会园林景观分会副主任委员。
梁先生毕业于浙江大学建筑系和美国俄勒冈大学建筑学院研究生院分别获得建筑学和景观建筑学学位，他的专业设计背景、在美国的工作经验以及他对于中国建筑市场、设计行业的熟悉与理解都使他能够为客户在中国的发展项目提供全面的服务。
Qindong Liang

Mr.QindongLiang hasalmostthirty years of experience in a wide variety of project types and scales, and in all phases of project design and management in architecture, andlandscape architecture. Having worked both in China and the United States, his previous work experience covers projects from private sector and the public realm, which included Shandong Weishan Lake National Wetland Park, Datong Wenying Lake Park, Taiyuan Fen River Landscape Corridor and Water Front Park, Beijing Olympic Forest Park and Central Zone landscape master plan, Beijing Olympic Aquatic Park master plan and landscape design, Beijing Olympic Media Village landscape design, Taiyuan Yingze Streetscape design, Beijing Global Trade Center landscape design. The Weishan Lake National Wetland Park won the 2015 ASLA Honor Award, and the Wenying Lake Park project received the 2013 UKLI Highly Commended Award. Mr. Liang lectured on topics related to urban design, landscape architecture and sustainable development in Peking University, Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, Tongji University, Beijing Forestry University, Xi’an Architectural Engineering University, Harbin Architectural Engineering University and the Chinese Academy of Governance, he was also design critic for studios at Peking University, Tsinghua University，Beijing Forestry University and the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing. Mr. Liang was elected to be the Member of Council for Planning and Design, CHSLA.
Mr. Liang has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, and Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Oregon. His broad project experienceandin-depth understanding of planning, designing and construction processes in China are great assets to government clients and private developers.
