Background
在当今高度融合的时代，建筑与结构的关系从根本上发生了改变。近年来，不仅是数字技术及各种创意，结构与建造的创新在建筑表现上也越来越多元，不断修正我们对其的理解。为了推进建筑设计与结构设计的一体化，重新审视结构在建筑学科中的地位，重新评估建筑对结构创新的影响，是当务之急。
结构建筑学研究中心（ANDC）是由、东京工业大学环境·社会理工学院建筑学系、上海建筑学会以及华建集团华东建筑设计研究总院共同创设的国际性校企型学术研究平台，致力于结构与建筑在设计层面上的融合与创新的研究。结构建筑学研究中心于2017年首次召开了结构建筑学研究国际学术论坛，2021年我们将以“建筑与结构的融合创新”为主题，邀请来自中国、日本、欧洲的学者和设计师，分享他们在理论和实践方面的经验和见解。
The relationship between architecture and structure is changing fundamentally in the present era of merging and integration. Including digital technology and other creative ideas, structural and constructional innovations have found more open-minded architectural expression in recent years and constantly revising our understanding of their relationship. It has become evidently urgent to re-examine the position of structure in architectural discipline and re-evaluate the innovation impact of architecture on structure, with the aim of advancing the adaptation process of integrated innovation of architecture and structure in present times.
The Archi-Neering Design Research Center (ANDC) is an international school-enterprise academic research platform jointly established by four units: School of Architecture of Southeast University (SEU-ARCH); Department of Architecture and Building Engineering, School of Environment and Society, Tokyo Institute of Technology; Architectural Society of Shanghai; and East China Architectural Design and Research Institute (ECADI) of ARCPLUS. It is dedicated to the research on the integration and innovation of structure and architecture at the design level. ANDC started its annual international academic symposium in 2017. The symposium 2021 will center on the theory and practice based on the integrated innovation of architecture and structure. Academics and designers from China, Japan and Europe will be invited to share their experiences and insights on the subject.
